Winterspace is a crystal sphere controlled by the Elven Imperial Navy in the Spelljammer campaign setting.[1]

Overview[]

Winterspace is a cosmopolitan sphere, and a hub for spelljamming trade. It is also the sphere chosen by the Elven Imperial Fleet to imprison the remnants of the Combined Goblin Fleet at the end of the first Unhuman War.[2]

Location[]

Winterspace is a free floating crystal sphere within the Flow. It has flow connections to Realmspace,[3] and Heartspace.[4]

Celestial bodies[]

Winterspace is a heliocentric system, with the system primary, a fire body known as the Sun, lying at the center of the sphere and orbited by a variety of planets and their satellites.

The Sun[]

The Sun is a fire body that serves as the primary of Winterspace, and provides heat and light to the various planets of the system. Nothing more is known about this celestial body.[5]

Radole[]

Main article: Radole

Radole is a tidally locked size E spherical earth body that orbits the system primary, and is defined by a ribbon of habitable land running north-to-south along its circumference.[6][7]

Armistice[]

Main article: Armistice

Armistice is a frozen, seismically active size F spherical earth body blockaded by the Elven Imperial Navy. It has three moons.[2][8]

Whyst[]

Whyst has a small spelljamming port called Remagin. Nothing more is known about this world.[4]

Constellations[]

Not much is known about the stars of Winterspace, except for one mention of a cluster of stars that resembles an hourglass.[9]
