Vergonspace is a crystal sphere dominated by the Vodoni Empire, and ruled with an iron fist by the Emperor Vulkaran. The sphere is named for its principal inhabitants, the Vergon.[1]
Overview[]
The six inhabitable planets of the Vergon system have been at war with one another for centuries. The Vodoni Empire supplies intelligence and weapons to all sides, in order to keep their collective strength to a minimum. The human Vergon are powerful, warlike, and fully capable of retaking their system from Vulkaran: if they were willing to join forces, of course. As long as Vulkaran maintains the status quo, however, he can ensure that none of the Vergon warlords ever become powerful enough to challenge him.[1]
Location[]
Vergonspace is part of a stable configuration of 12 spheres in the phlogiston known as the Vodoni Empire, which includes Vodonispace, Golotspace, Gorthspace, Kofuspace, Kra'akenspace, Lostspace, Passarspace, Salzarspace, Thasiaspace, Vodonikaspace and Zalanispace.[2][3]
