The Sargasso of the Seven Stars is a magic-dead zone found in a strategically located crystal sphere in a heavily travelled section of space. Surrounded by seven silvery fire worlds of singular beauty, the sargasso is littered with debris. Near its center lies the gigantic hulk of a space leviathan. Little is known about the ancient wreck at the heart of the sargasso, but occasionally blinking red lights appear from time to time. The leviathan drifts in the void, apparently unpowered, but appears to be undamaged and is largely intact.
Thought to be inhabited, many curious explorers have attempted to make contact with the distant wreck, only to be trapped when their helms failed as they entered the invisible expanse of the deadly sargasso. Scavvers have been known to make their home within the sargasso, feasting on the hapless explorers.[1]
