Nex was a planet in the Spelljammer campaign setting. It was inhabited by a race of evil, warlike, and magically powerful humans, who destroyed their planet with their magic.[1]
Overview[]
Nex was inhabited by a race of evil, warlike, and magically powerful humans. They fought great global wars that swept across the surface of Nex. Several hundred years ago, they fought what they called "the war to end all wars", during which enormously powerful magical forces were unleashed that destabilized the entire planet. Nex exploded cataclysmically, killing all of its inhabitants. Several fragments of Nex fell into the oceans of Charon, and the rest, presumably, fell into the sun and were vaporized.[1]

Charon was the only moon of the planet Nex. When its' primary exploded, several fragments fell into the oceans of Charon, forming the smaller world's current island continents.[1]
