The Jade Spider Command Ship is a spelljamming ship built by the Drow.[1]
Description[]
The Jade Spider Command Ship resembles an enormous Jade Spider. The hull is constructed from rock, precious gems and radiant ores found only in the Underdark realm of the drow and resembles a miniature hollow world, with buildings hanging from 'ceiling' of the outer hull, creating a dark, cave-like environment that they find comfortable.
Each Commandship can carry up to 5 Jade Spider attack craft, either on its back or within the webbing between its legs. The Commandship's are able to carry the additional weight due to the power of the radiant helm, which can tow an additional 100 tons of external weight at spelljamming speeds.
Similar to the Jade Spider attack craft, the only way in or out of the Commandship is via the adamantine drill assembly, which can accommodate three drow warriors side by side upon its catwalk. The drill assembly deals 10 Hull points in damage to enemy vessels, and causes an immediate Hull Holed critical hit in the process, as well as one other random critical hit.
