Dukagsh is a planet in the Spelljammer campaign setting, and is the homeworld of the Scro.[1]

Description[]

Dukagsh is the scro homeworld, and its location is kept top secret. The scro have a regimented society, and they live in spartan and well-planned cities with stout towers, strong fortifications, and efficient shipyards. Each city has a population of between 10,000 to 100,000 strong, and while they may not be idyllic, neither are they smoky, ugly, or garbage-strewn. The scro are divided into 24 tribes, each of which are led by an Almighty Leader, while the entire planet is ruled by an Ultimate High Overlord.

Dukagsh is named for the very first Almighty Leader, who led a ragtag fleet of surviving orc tribes to this remote but habitable planet at the end of the First Unhuman War. He transformed his people from savage, bloodthirsty orcs into the well-organized, intelligent warrior race they are now. Dukagsh's tomb now floats over the north pole of the scro homeworld, so that he may look down upon his people and watch over them.
