Spelljammer Wiki

The Dracon Homeworld is an otherwise unnamed planet in the Spelljammer campaign setting.[1][2]

Overview[]

According to the dracon, their homeworld is dry and arid, and is dominated by two types of terrain; fast-growing prairies and deserts, though the planet does also also feature large, shallow seas. The climate is in continuous flux, and seasonal changes force the dracon herds to continually migrate and cooperate with each other in order to survive. There doesn't appear to be any natural predators or enemy races on their homeworld.

The dracons are reluctant to share much information about their homeworld, perhaps in fear of other races discovering its location. Some speculate that the dracon ships encountered so far are lost, and do not know how to get back to their homeworld. Others suggest the dracons are merely cautious around strangers. Given the lack of known predators, it may be that there are few other creatures on their planet and they are unwilling to encourage visitors until they are ready.

Satellites[]

The dracon homeworld has at least one large moon.
