Not much is known about the Citadel, except that it is home to a wealthy and powerful religious order known as the Keepers of the Flame, who were led by the sorcerer Kouros.

The Citadel of the Keepers of the Flame is located in the same sphere as the planets Astrylon and Barrara.[3]
